ASBeSTOS AIR QUALITY TESTING
We collect air samples to determine whether asbestos fibers are present in the air and at what concentration. This testing is essential when asbestos-containing materials may have been disturbed by collecting dust if no bulk is available. Requirement for type-3 work as per regulation 278/05.
ASbeSTOS bulk TESTING
Bulk testing involves collecting physical samples of materials such as drywall compound, insulation, flooring, ceiling tiles, plaster, and more. This testing is essential during any renovations, demolition or when asbestos -containing materials may have been disturbed.

Our summary reports compile all asbestos findings — both air and bulk — into an easy-to-read document.
mould AIR QUALITY TESTING
Air testing identifies mould spores in the indoor environment and compares indoor readings to outdoor baseline levels. A good background if mould is suspect.
mould bulk testing
We collect physical samples from visible mould growth, materials, and surfaces.
mould assessments
A full mould assessment includes: Visual inspection, Moisture readings, Air and/or surface sampling, Source identification, and Recommendations for remediation and prevention.
