Mould testing

Mould Bulk Testing

We collect physical samples from visible mould growth, materials, and surfaces.

Why it matters

Identify what’s growing

When visible mould is present, we collect physical samples to identify the specific species.

All samples are analyzed by an accredited laboratory, not a DIY kit, and you receive a clear explanation of what was found, what it means, and recommended next steps.

What’s included

  • Samples from visible mould growth
  • Material samples
  • Surface samples
  • Analysis by an accredited laboratory
  • Results and recommendations

FAQ

Common questions

Have a question that isn’t here? Call 905 638 4307 or send us a message.

When is bulk testing useful?

When mould is visible and you want to know what it is before deciding on next steps.

Should I test the air as well?

Often, yes. Mould air quality testing compares indoor spore levels to an outdoor baseline, which shows whether the problem extends beyond the visible growth.

Who analyzes the samples?

Samples are sent to accredited laboratories for analysis. We then review and interpret the results and explain what they mean for you.

What if removal is needed?

If removal of mould-impacted materials is necessary, we can help you with a contractor referral and estimate for remediation.

How much does it cost?

Every property and project is different. Contact us to discuss your project and request a quote.
